The Sounds of Silence

Chris (L) and Aiden (R) in their first "real" Sox hats from Grammie/Dziadz Pt. Believe it or not, these are "newborn" size hats... apparently the boys heads still have some growing to do! At least no one can claim that they have big heads...

Chris (L) got hungry during the photo session and decide to try Aiden's (R) shoulder. Aiden looks a bit scared but was willing to go along with it!

"We are family...." Chris (L) and Aiden (R) after they made up following the biting incident... Maybe we should be kinder and call it a gumming incident since Aiden got lucky because Chris is still all gums and no teeth...

Do you really think they look identical?????

Aiden is all smiles now that Chris isn't around to naw on his body parts.

Chris looking all sweet and innocent.. Luckily we have the proof on film now!

Today was the boys first adventure at church. They both did great. Chris slept the entire time and Aiden, although awake was amazed by the lights on the ceiling and quiet... except for the 45 second eruption that occured in his pants! Of course he also managed to select a prime time for this explosion as it occured during the first quiet prayer. His sound effects were quite entertaining and had Mike and I laughing so much that we had tears in our eyes.

We had a great week. The boys have been experiencing fussy periods from 7-9ish pm most nights lately. Mike and I both agree that we are thankful that they are taking turns in terms of who is fussy and rotating from night to night. This certainly makes it easier to NOT lean towards picking a favorite!

Aiden and Chris's latest amusement is with the ceiling. They love to look up and are enthralled with fans and ceiling lights. We blame it on their favorite swing which has a mobile and lights above their head and is what I like to call their "baby drug" as it is the cure to almost any and all fussiness. We would most definitely recommend the Fisher Price Aquarium Cradle Swing. We like it so much that we now have two and have given up half of our livingroom space for the cause! Aiden and Chris agree and recommend this toy to any future friends that have yet to be born :)

I am going to keep this brief with the hope that we can be in bed before 11 pm tonight. We had wonderful visits with Grammie/Grandpa Hopkins, Grammie/Dziadz Pt., Leeanne, Aunt Martha and all of our friends in the Umass Financial Aid Office!
