Super Market Sweep

We have had a busy but great week! Monday, Auntie Laura came for a visit and we packed up the boys and headed to the Gould's for a play date. We had a great time and really enjoyed our visit. I am hoping that Derick & Ryans exceptional manners wear off on our boys if we spend enough time with them!



The rain has kept us inside most of the week so on Tuesday we decided to take the boys on their first official super market sweep. We made the big trip to Big Y! Mike pushed the stroller with our precious cargo while I loaded up our cart. The boys had many inquisitive shoppers and loved all of the lights and things to look at. While I was busy shopping, Daddy helped the boys choose their favorite flavors of baby food which were neatly tucked into Aiden & Chris's carseats. I quickly reminded Mike that there are video cameras and probably several security people with their eyes on them... Needless to say, their choices were quickly restocked on the shelves to prevent any further questioning.



Yesterday night Leeanne came for a visit. The boys loved seeing her and she was kind enough to talk me into creating a Facebook account. I have been avoiding Facebook for some time now, for the simple fact that I know myself well enough to know that I could easily become addicted but I have given in and now have something to occupy myself with during my middle of the night feeding sessions.

Today, Grammie Hopkins came over while I worked from home for a few hours. The boys love seeing her and enjoy the change of pace so they aren't always stuck listening to Mommy and Daddy! Tonight was my night off so I took advantage of some time to clean the house, catch up on chores, go for a run and clean out our guest bedroom. I have become so amazing at being side tracked and I managed to start about 25 projects and finish maybe one! Mike took the boys to Grammie and Grandpa Hopkins for a few hours where they were loved and cared for by Grammie, Grandpa, Great Grammie Tag, Uncle Andrew, Auntie Steph, Aunt Lynda, Cousin Whit & Aunt Marta..... What a great ratio for them!



We are ready for the rain to stop anytime now and are hoping to get out for a walk tomorrow! We have visitors in the morning and friends coming over for dinner so it should be another busy but fun day.... then, let the weekend begin!!!!
