Tonight we decided to have some fun before bathtime. I had picked up a pumpkin last week with the hopes of having the boys "investigate" it as a fun Halloween activity... well, we're a few days late but we still had fun just the same. Chris was a bit more timid than Aiden but neither were too sure of the idea. Baths were a necessity after they were done!

Aiden and Chris continue to be boys on the move..... This week they seem to have lost their appetite which is a bit discouraging. I looked up some articles online and I am guessing that it may have to do with teething - at least I am hoping! They need to grow, especially given that their 9 month doctors appointments are next week so a loss of appetite it far from what I had in mind!

The boys are loving puffs cereal. Until yesterday they hadn't taken any interest in wanting to learn to put the puffs in their own mouth. They prefer to guide my hands to their mouths. Yesterday both boys were able to use their "pinchers" to take the puffs from my fingers to theirs. It's the simple things that get me excited these days!

Christopher started babbling this week. Aiden's choice babbling phrase was "da da da." Chris has taken to saying "ba ba ba." Chris has also learned to make a cough/gagging sound that is certainly quick to grab anyones attention! Both boys continue to love the sound of their own voices!

We have a low key week but are hoping to meet up with some friends for walks so we are hoping the flurries stay in the North Pole this week!
