Chris (L) and Aiden (R) were very busy throwing themselves a diaper party!

This is the start of our last full week with two 11 1/2 month olds. It seems hard to believe that last year at this time I was still pregnant and next week they will be ONE!

What a cold week! We headed out for a walk on the CT bike trail with the entire Hopkins family (minus Uncle Andrew) on Saturday afternoon. It was a bitter walk but it was so nice to get outside in the fresh air and get some exercise all in great company. Even as an avid walker, I will be the first to admit that the wind was COLD!

Saturday night Grammie & Dziadz Pt came for a visit and put Chris and Aiden to bed for Mike and I. They were encouraging us to go out for the night but we had a great time working on our current wood working project, our long awaited desk. Mike and I started building a desk LONG before the boys arrival and it is just now becoming close to functional. Mike deserves 99% of the credit for all of the hard word as he figures out all of the plans, does the measuring, cutting, etc while I am only responsible for sanding and staining. None the less, its nice to have projects that we can enjoy doing together. Once it is complete, I will try to post a pic for anyone that may be curious and thinking it must be lop-sided if we made it :)

Today was reserved for the Super Bowl. If we are being honest, I could take or leave the game, hence the internet time now, but I do LOVE the delicious treats that go hand in hand with the Super Bowl and can't pass those up! Aiden and Chris celebrated their first Super Bowl with an earlier bed time so that Daddy could enjoy the game in peace and quiet. Thankfully they don't know the difference... yet!
