And it got even better as they then decided to use it as red hair gel. The hair styling obsession continues. This was after his hair was washed... he still had some "flair!"
We were up to our usual tricks, staying busy this week. We had a great day with Ashley on Thursday and enjoyed a visit from Grammie Pt. later that night. Aiden and Chris quickly roped her into pushing them on the swings and I think they had plans of swinging all night. We had a fun afternoon and were happy to enjoy some cooler weather.
Friday we packed up early and headed to Belchertown for a playdate with our friends Connor and Kym; and Madison, Paige and Heather. Grammie and Dziadzu willingly opened up their house for playtime and A & C were excited play with their friends and share their toys. I loved catching up with good friends and enjoyed their company thoroughly. We headed home for naps and some playtime at home afterward.
Auntie Laura got lucky this year and got to celebrate her youth a bit longer as we celebrated her family birthday this weekend, almost a month late! We had a great time at Grammie and Dziadzu's and enjoyed a delicious meal of Laura's choice and fun company. We even got lucky as the rain held out for us and A & C were able to run around outside to their little hearts desire.
Today we had all of the Hopkins Aunties and Uncle over for the afternoon. Thank goodness the sun came out but along with the sunshine came the humidity.... so, we enjoyed some great company and the boys loved showing off their "tricks" in the comfort of our air conditioner! We appreciated the long drive that they made for the visit and loved catching up!
