I love that I walked into Aiden and Chris’s room on Saturday morning to find the sheets on Aiden’s bed in a small mound with giggles arising.  I guess the boys were up for an early game of hide and seek. You never know where you might find the monkeys these days.  Saturday night, when checking in on them before heading to bed myself, I walked in to find Chris sound asleep, pillow, blanket and all on his bedroom floor.  This appears to be the best alternative for when your bed becomes too littered with toys from pre-bedtime playing. Oh to be three!

We’ve had a great week.  Mike snuck in a Sox game Saturday night and received the royal treatment and in a suite with the World Series trophies.  Lucky duck!  We also enjoyed dinner and ice cream at the Summer House in Southwick with the Ryan’s and the Tetreault’s. We enjoyed a quiet weekend with Mike before he headed out before the sun this morning for some work related travel this week.

Mamie is serving on a missions trip this week so I am trying to sneak in some work from home this morning.  It’s nice to be home on a quiet rainy Monday.  The only problem is all of the insurance companies seem to be in the central time zone and aren’t in full force yet.  I guess the lucky boys will get some quiet TV time this afternoon so I can pretend to be working!

We’re off to start the day at the library with our friends the Gilmore’s and Tetreault’s.  Finger’s crossed that the rain clears up so we can burn some much needed energy later today!

My new computer doesn’t seem to want to cooperate with my camera so in the meantime.  Here is a look back at life two years ago… would ya take a look at those baby faces?
