Baby Update

Today was our second ultrasound and a big relief for us.  I had been doing too much reading and research online and had myself worried too many things.  Anyways, I am thrilled and relieved to say that both babies are healthy and doing well and of course, if they are well so are Mike and I! 

Mike got to see the babies live (well live as is in on the screen) for the first time and we were able to hear their crazy little heart beats (165 and 167 beats per minute!!!).  It all seems so real now! 

We also found out that the original prediction was incorrect and the babies are identical, not fraternal.... So it will make the room decor decision much easier :)  The Dr. said that we will be able to find out the sex between 14 and 15 weeks which isn't that far away since we're already at 12 weeks and 4 days!  We can all breath a little easier now and look forward to our next Dr.'s appointment in a week.
