These are pics from 2 days ago. The top picture is Christopher (with the NG/feeding tube) and the bottom picture is Aiden.The boys are both doing well. They both ended up closing their belly buttons on Monday which was exciting because now they can take real baths instead of sponge baths. We will be excited to have them home and let them experience a "real baby bath." Both of the have been doing well with feedings and for the first time in a long time, they both had weight gains yesterday! Christopher finally broke the 4 pounds mark and Aiden is heading closer and closer to 5 pounds. Yippee! Aiden decided that he didn't like his NG (feeding) tube so he pulled it out two days ago and since then he has been nursing and bottling exclusively. I guess maybe he knows better than we do :) Or... this could be a sign of the trouble we have to come. Christopher still has his NG tube but rarely needs to use it which is great! They are still on their bili lites but their levels are coming down so now its just a waiting game!
