Our First Halloween

Our monkeys with a case of the wiggles... making it VERY difficult to get any decent pictures!

Chris aka "Money See"

Aiden aka "Monkey Do"

Happy Belated Halloween! We had a great end of the week and weekend with the boys! The weather for Halloween was a bit dreary and misty in Suffield so we dressed up the boys and headed down the street to Aunt Lynda & Uncle Dave's for a quick visit. Aiden and Chris were monkeys, Chris being "Monkey See" and Aiden being "Monkey Do." The highlight of the day for the boys were the banana's that were sewn to their arms and quickly became chew toys, surprise, surprise! They were great sports about being dressed up but didn't love the idea of sitting together for a photo as you can tell from the pictures above.

Being as the boys aren't quite into candy this early on, their treat for the day yesterday was a taste of pumpkin. They actually didn't seem to mind it too much but still aren't loving when we change back and forth between foods of different consistency's.

I was hoping that daylight savings time could come with optional participation but since I didn't get my way, I think we may have a few weeks or months of VERY early mornings as the boys now get up for the day when the clock says "4" rather than "5." When do the days come when kids actually begin to like to sleep in???? Other than an early waking time, they did great with the time change and have been troopers with allowing us to adjust feeding and nap schedules.

Today was a very busy day. We went to church this morning and as usual, the boys were a hit in the nursery. Later, we headed over to Belchertown to visit with Kym, Heather L, Mike L, Paige L, Anne Falk, GG Mimi and Grammie/Dziadz Pt. We had a busy but great day. The boys were so happy all day long!
