Chris (L) and Aiden (R) attack a Christmas present that arrived in the mail from Great Grammie Tag.

So you may have noticed that our music playlist has changed. I realized that Christmas has two perfect theme songs for our family. The boys have chosen "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth." They deemed it only appropriate since they have been majorly teething and wearing their cranky pants for the past two weeks. They wake up in puddles of drool and don't even know what to do with themselves lately, especially at night. This brings me to the theme songs for Mike and I..... Silent Night.... Boy, wouldn't that be nice! As you might imagine, Chris and Aiden's discomfort has been shared with the entire house as they are waking up hourly. So, a silent night would be dreamy :)

Uncle Andrew came home from school earlier this week. The boys were thrilled when he came to visit on Monday night. Aiden was quick to cuddle up in his Uncle's lap to make himself comfortable and I don't think Andrew was complaining!

On Tuesday morning Grammie Hopkins came over to watch the boys while I headed to an early morning Dr.'s appointment and stopped to do my last minute holiday food shopping. Boy am I thrilled to be DONE with the stores, well until next week at least! It was great to be out and to have some quiet time to myself. As always, I am SO thankful for my mother in law!

Tonight Uncle Dan arrived from Florida. He was in shock at how cold it really is here but decided to stay for a few days anyways. Because he came in late, he stopped by to say good night to the boys but will be back tomorrow morning for some play time. Christopher has a weight in Dr.'s appointment tomorrow morning so Auntie Laura and Uncle Dan are going to let Aiden entertain them while Chris and I head out to visit Dr. Hoberman.

For tomorrow night, Christmas Eve, we will be headed to our church then to Grammie & Grampie Hopkins to spend the night. All of the family will be there so it will be nice to spend some time with everyone. We are hoping to pack the boys up for their afternoon nap in the car as we head to Grammie & Dziadz Pt.'s for Christmas afternoon and evening. We have a few fun but busy days ahead that we are very excited for. We hope that everyone has a safe, happy, healthy & delicious holiday! Merry Christmas everyone!!!!
