Today I am feeling lazy and apparently my computer is as well as I wasn't able to get online. Why is it so hard to get motivated some days and others I find that I have so much I want to do that I wish I could skip sleeping all together?
We've had a great week! Fun play dates with Mathieu and Caroline; Baby Ashley, Steph, Elliot, Emme and Karen; Mamie and Grandpa; and Calvin and Megan.
I had a fun night of shopping on Monday with my friend Leeanne and was excited to find some great photo albums to get started on organizing my photos. This project has the potential of taking upwards of 10 years! I am a bit overwhelmed having takens millions of pictures while labeling very few and catagorizing NONE!
Lately Aiden has been finding every possibly way to try to take charge of Christopher. I explained hat when he takes toys or pushes, etc that he is being a "bully." Apparently Aiden understood from the start that being a bully was not a good thing and usually he says "I'm not a bully" and stops. Mission accomplished on my part! Well yesterday my own tactics came back to bite me. I arrived home from work and Chris was asking for a few licks of his lollypop (a potty treat). I told him that as soon as he ate his dinner he could enjoy it for dessert. He looked me in the eyes and said "Momma, you're a bully!" Really? That started the conversation about what a parents job is all about.
The boys favorite mean thing to say to one another is "You a girl."
The boys favorite thing to say to be mean to Mike and I "Go back to work."
My favorite reply "I love you anyways!"
