Davis Farm Land - Our second annual visit

Aiden driving the wooden train with his tractor loaded on the back. Resourceful.
Chris said this was his favorite thing at Davis Farm Land. Yes, it is a large plastic Little Tikes RV and if you ever see one, please let me know. I must buy one and save it for Auntie Laura for her children someday as we both agreed that it is just too ridiculous, so therefore she must have one :) Heck, maybe she and Eric might enjoy it now.... think cheap, spontaneous vacations?!?
Chris and his prized riding tractor. His love.
Aiden being a goof ball on his tractor that he tipped over every few minutes because he was speeding along too fast.
Chris displaying his never tiring love for sand.
There is nothing like a boy and a real tractor. (Chris)
Chris (L) and Aiden (R). Look how big we are!
I love this picture of Aiden and Auntie Laura. She will truly be one heck of an amazing Mommy some day and I can not wait to see it. In the meantime, Aiden was quiet fond of borrowing her!

Chris and Mommy on the hayride.
Auntie and Aiden on the hayride.
Chris's best friend for the day, Cupcake. A 2 day old pigmee goat who weighed less than 2 pounds. If he could have snuck him home, he would have.
Aiden petting the baby calves who were only a few weeks old. The petting zoo was SO fun!

This is as good as it gets! Sunshine, fresh air, warm weather and happy kids in the beginning on October!

Friday we packed up and went on a road trip to visit Auntie Laura and Eric and to check out Davis Farm Land in Sterling, MA for our second year. The weather was truly ideal and the boys had the time of their lives. We stayed until the farm closed and I am pretty sure that A & C would have stayed much later if they had it their way. If you're looking for something fun to do this fall, we highly recommend it. Farm animals (with a petting area!), hay rides, sand area, playground, food, pony rides, riding toys, a water table area, face painting and LOTS of happy kiddos! I think the pictures provide substantial evidence :)

Since it was a late night, we stayed with my parents and enjoyed the morning and early afternoon on Saturday in Belchertown before heading home for some chores. We worked and were thrilled to relax around a bonfire, enjoying some delicious sweets with our friends Adam and Gina. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.

It's been a lazy weekend with church today, much time spent outside and an awesome walk along the CT River. I'm looking forward to a movie date with an awesome date, so I'm off. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

Was looking up an RV that someone is selling on a local site and came to the picture on your site. =)
