Truth be told, I’ve missed my blog. I have a lot to fill you in on. First and foremost, my amazing sister became a stunning bride. She’s the latest and greatest Mrs. It was a day of perfection. Watching two people so in love and glowing so much that the room lights up around them. It was the moment they’ve waited their whole lives for. A moment they shared with those they love. A moment so special to witness and be a part of. How we love them and how we admire their new, young love.
The day went off without a hitch. The dreary weather cleared just I time, the sun peaked out just enough and the fall colors were in their peak. Laura looked gorgeous and Eric, despite his nerves made a handsome groom. All in attendance delighted in seeing them both so happy. The food was to die for {despite the fact that I missed dessert after 8 day of NO chocolate, saving myself for this very occasion……don’t ask…. Mike still hasn’t heard the end of it!} It was a party of all parties. I even put on my bravery hat and decided to step outside of my comfort zone, mixing it up a bit for my Matron of Honor speech. The entire day was well received and such a joyous occasion.
Without further ado, here is a sneak peak of a few of the pictures I snuck in myself. Okay, more than a few… I guess you could call it a photo bomb. Here is part 1… The rehersal dinner. The wedding day pictures will follow…
