Phew

On Saturday I can officially lower the caffeine to water ratio in my coffee, take a deep breath and thank God that my partner in crime is back….

Mike has been in California this week.  It makes me appreciate the team effort in parenting.  We are all so excited to see him and I’m pretty sure Jake’s not sure he’s coming back so that little man will be one happy camper!  We survived and actually had a good week, staying busy and staying out of trouble {More to come on that later!}

I set a goal for myself and wanted to have the bathroom walls spackled, sanded and primed before Mike returned.  Six + coats of spackle and a house full of dust later, I am there!  I was calling it a “surprise for Mike” but it make be more appropriate to admit that I do much better when I set goals for myself so on that note, one goal met, 1000+ more to go!
