Chris "shaking" things up a bit as he attempts to pole climb the floor lamp!

Aiden has been silently watching me type away on my computer for months now. He was an instant pro as soon as he got his turn at typing!

Oops! Momma spilled the entire box of cheerios so we decided to turn it into a messy, fun play time!

Aiden going for a ride in the laundry basket.

Chris, our toothless wonder! What a smile...

I unfortunately didn't do a mid-week post this past week. Our Internet connection was down for a few days and I was lost without my computer access! Anyways, what a treat with the weather this week! No bitter wind and more importantly, no snow AND 50 degree days... what could be a better break in mid-January!?!

We had a great week. I went into work with Mike on Monday for a few hours to get acquainted with this processes and to figure out how I am assist with administrative work. It was weird but nice to have to actually get dressed in "real" clothes as opposed to my daily attire of sweatpants. The morning flew by and Mike and I are feeling good about getting started working together. Grammie Hopkins came to watch Aiden Monday and Tuesday morning so they were in their glory!

Tuesday night we had our friends Adam and Gina over for dinner. It was great to catch up ad of course we snuck in a bit of Wii Fit!

Wednesday night Aunt Martha came for a visit from South Carolina. We went for a visit and delicious dinner at Grammie & Grampie Hopkin's so that we could visit with Aunt Martha. We had a nice time and a great visit!

Thursday night I went shopping with some friends after Mike got home from work and had a great night out. The time flew by! Before I left, Aiden made his first attempt at waiving his hands. It was pretty cute to see because he seemed as if he surprised himself with what he could do. Chris is still very occupied with making all kinds of neat noises as he explores his voice.

Friday, we met up with our friends Caroline and Mathieu and went for a walk to enjoy the gorgeous weather! Mathieu now has one bottom tooth!

Yesterday Grammie & Grampie Hopkins stopped over for some playtime with Aiden and Chris and last night Mike and I went out to a movie together for the first time in two years. Auntie Laura watched the boys and treated us to the movie. The boys were giggling as soon as we left the house and had a great time and Mike and I enjoyed being out, relaxing and loved the movie. We highly recommend seeing "The Blind Side."

Today Auntie Laura is making dinner for the family and Grammie & Dziadz Pt and GG Mimi are coming for a visit and dinner. What a fun week! This week we are headed to the city for the first time with the boys. We'll keep you posted as to how they like their trip!
