Yesterday Chris and Aiden celebrated their 3rd birthdays (construction party style) with family and we were so excited to share and show off our new space in the basement. We all had a great time and although I was less than awesome at taking pictures, I did remember my camera at the end and managed to snap a few shots. So here they are…. I apologize as I wasn’t able to sneak pictures of everyone. A & C are so loved and they know it and were so thrilled that everyone was willing to give up a Saturday afternoon and make the drive for them. What lucky, lucky ducks!
Aiden and Chris seem to be clear of pink eye and Mike and I were obsessed with hand washing and stayed in the clear. Phew! Flu is gone and Aiden and Chris were loving that Mommy had no voice today. We are ready for spring and open windows and fresh air.
Cali seems to be in the clear so far with only one day of antibiotic to go. Fingers crossed….
It cracks me up every time (and it happens often) I hear one of my three year olds start a sentence with “Hey Mommy… remember when….” So cute when at only 3 years old, they are already speaking aged words of wisdom.
I’m going to keep it brief as I spent all weekend away from my computer and am now catching up and sorting through emails. Here’s to a great start to the wonderful month of March and the arrival of our nieces within the next few weeks (so fun that there will be March birthdays in the family to celebrate)! Sarah, we’re thinking of you and rooting for their appearance….. SOON for your sake! oxo
