Rain, rain go away… I guess its good that the sunshine it at least saving itself for the weekend, right?
Our weeks always start out with a bang with my work days being Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but I am always so excited when Wednesday night arrives and the special plans for the week begin.
This week is our first week without Ashley on Thursday. Her baby sister is due to arrive any day now (or 3 days ago….) and we can’t wait to meet her! It is going to feel kind of lonely and I’m still not sure how we will fill our Thursdays yet but for tomorrow we have planned a trip to visit Great Grandma Tess followed by an incentive for A & C to be good… a trip to the park. I’m crossing my fingers that the rain clears and the sun appears in time.
Friday Auntie Laura is coming for the day. We are excited to show her how we have updated the boys room. It is always fun to have her as she always notices all of the little decorative changes I do around the house. You know, the things that the men living in the house don’t notice for a good 6 months! We may even try to sneak in an afternoon at the town beach.
In the meantime I will share a few pictures from our tree climbing adventures at Forest Park last week. How I love these boys….
