Week 15

So today is the start of our fifteenth week, yeah!  One week closer to meeting our little ones.  Last week we had our first appointment with a nurse at our new office.  As I mentioned previously, we are switching OBGYN practices to find a Dr. that works out of Baystate, knowing that is where we will be delivering.  We met with the nurse this week and everything checked out normal.  My iron levels were low, although my prenatal vitamin has about 130 percent of the needs.  I guess with two babies they are sucking everything out of me!  Thankfully, Laura helped me discover whole grain Cheerios which tolerable and have all of my daily iron needs... score!

My belly is expanding!  I have to admit that I am officially showing and busting out of some of my skinny clothes.  The expanding belly just makes the experience feel much more real.  Lotion has become my new best friend as I am determined to give it my all to prevent or at least minimize stretch marks as much as possible...

Mike continues to work on the construction of the babies room.  It is looking good but we still have a lot of work ahead of us.  I can't wait until the fun part begins when we are able to decorate the room!!!

No appointments to report this week.  We meet with one of the Dr.'s, Dr. Fitzgerald at our new practice a week from Tuesday on the 14th.  We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be able to schedule our next ultrasound then to find out the sex of the these little guys!
