So happy to be going for a walk! (Aiden, L & Chris, R)

We have the option to now travel light as the boys are usually content playing with their feet so who needs toys these days? It is very cute to watch them work so hard to get their feet in their mouths. Nothing stands in their way, not even a mouth full of prunes as Chris proved to me the other day! Nothing beats sticky hands, feet, hair, seat, outfit, baby, & mom! And to think I used to think it was messy when milk from the bottles dripped down the boys neck!

This week we introduced peaches to the boys diet. To our surprise we were rejected! I figured that of all "real foods" peaches would be a hit but so far they are proving otherwise! Even I like the peach baby food, so no worries, it won't go to waste! I have been learning to make my own baby food which has been fun and much easier than I had expected. I have been buying fruits and veggies as they are in season and/or on sale and freezing the prepared food in ice cube trays. So far so good, with only one casualty when I may have been a little too rough with the frozen tray when I couldn't get the food out...oops!

We have had a great week. On Monday the boys and I went for a walk with Aunt Lynda. I truly enjoyed the company and good conversation!

Monday night Mike and I were both amused by Aiden as he coo'ed and talked while asleep. It was too cute and so innocent. He carried on a full conversation that lasted over 5 minutes and could be heard from 2 rooms away! Is it possible for babies to truly be talking in their sleep? His eyes were closed and he wasn't moving which is ONLY possibly when hes dead asleep typically!

Tuesday Grammie Hopkins watched the boys while I was at work. The boys always enjoy their special time with Grammie. They also got to visit with Aunt Lynda again! I had to sneak out of work briefly to go to the dentist to have a tooth checked out. I was thankful that nothing major had to be done on the spot but an apprehensive about the idea that I will most likely be needing another root canal in the near future. I pray that our babies have better luck than Mike and I when it comes to their oral health!

Today we got out for 2 walks. It was perfect - warm with a slight breeze but amazing under the shade of the trees!

We have a few fun days and nights ahead to look forward to which I will fill you in on this weekend!
