Simplify

Life is typically less than "simple" but I have decided to try a new approach to blogging. As I have mentioned in previous blogs, I am addicted to blogs and am really drawn to the simplicity of blogs with less words and more pictures. So.. here it is!

Seriously, its the simple things and for my kids, water gets them excited. Believe it or not for my high fat dieters, water is a "treat!" Chris (L) Aiden (R)

Cheers Chris

My busy baking buddy Aiden.

Buddies for life -
Its funny how you often don't even realize what you're saying until its repeated and you wonder where they picked it up. I'm lucky. Chris now says "buddy" when he see Aiden. "Buddy" is one of my choice nicknames for A & C. So cute to hear it repeated.

Copy cat Chris showing Mommy how his horsey is sticking out his tongue.

Sheer joy (A)

Deep in thought (C)

Trouble. Double Trouble. Enough said. (A, top; C, bottom)

Love this. Not sure why. But this is Aiden and this is the look he sports often.

Nothing better than reading new books with Mamie. They are willing to drop it all (A, Left; C, Right)

Thoughts for the week:
1. Stock piling kisses. 1,000+ kisses a day minimum. Chris readily agrees and I'll settle for a few bunny (nose to nose) kisses from A.
2. Are little boys born knowing how to fix things or did I get the lucky end of the stick with 2 little tikes taking after their handy man daddy?
3. Oh how I love their little voices. Sweet. Innocent. Full of life. Can I box it up and save it for future use?
4. So grateful for my Tuesday morning repreaves. Thanks, Carol!
5. Love talking about life like only girlfriends can. Thanks for a fun night out Heather and Leeanne. Much anticipated and so enjoyed!
6. So fun seeing A & C people watching in their new play group today. Great to be with special friends and surrounded by wonderful kiddos. Mommies & Mommy times rock!
7. Enjoying the reminders from my two year old. Chris on Monday says "eat, utt-oh, Daddy" and points to the oven. My little man knows his stuff! Daddy had just headed out for work and forgot his lunch bag on the stove. Chris, you rock and Daddy should be so thankful because you helped him avoid Mommys wrath for forgetting the lunch that SHE made for him!
8. Music to my ears. Love the newest take on "A B C's" Sung in harmony with proper intentation " A B B B B B B." This is of course followed by their next favorite song, Twinkle, Twinkle which always sings and ONLY sings "How I wonder" in the wonderful world of Aiden and Chris.
