High Five

So yes, the blog has a new look and yes, I spent my entire Saturday night figuring out how to do something that should be so simple... I am a dork. Enjoy!

~ I love our town. I have said it before but I say it again. We went for a walk Thursday to the fire station and parked our stroller outside for A & C to watch the trucks parked outside. Just as we were leaving, a fireman came around the corner with a plastic hat for A & C. So darn sweet. The boys were in love. As we rounded the corner and headed for home, a grounds keeper from Suffield Academy that we met while walking last year drove by and beeped and waved.... It's the small things but Suffield feels like home and I love it!

~ A & C are both sick. No fun for anyone. Just in time for the warmer weather. At least we can open the windows and breath...

~ We did spend most of Thursday outside.. hip hip horray!

~ Grammie & Dziadzu are brave, brave souls and took A & C all day Friday returned them late today. What a treat for all of us. The boys wanted "more Grammie & Dziadzu" as soon as they realized that they were stuck with Mom & Dad.... I enjoyed two full days of cleaning, shopping and just being me. SO fun! I especially enjoyed being in the snow in flip flops yesterday (probably means I'll be the next to get sick, lol). Mike and I also enjoyed a date night IN last night. Pizza, peanutbutter pie deliciousness, a movie and comfy clothes. Felt AMAZING and was such a treat. Thanks Grammie & Dziadz! We owe you!

~ We are excited to have our friend Joel visiting from FL and look forward to catching up and talking him into participating in a game night... or two!
