Easter Fever

Oh Hello! Dziadzu & Christopher.

We have two boys ready for Easter egg hunts so we are hopeful that the weather will cooperate. After all of these April showers, we're guaranteed to having amazing May flowers, right?

Monday we had a fun visit with Dziadzu during the day. We spent some time playing outside until the rain arrived and we moved indoors. Thank goodness for boots. The boys love their Dziadzu and we all enjoy having company. I was lucky to sneak out at night to spend some time with Auntie Laura and our friend Amanda. We had a fun ladies night of delicious food and shopping. It was great fun all around!

Tuesdays was a Mamie visit/work day. Mamie was a great sport and watched the boys for a long day as Mike's computer retired abruptly last week and the beginning of this week including Tuesday afternoon was spent getting him up to speed on his new work computer. We had a great, productive day and are so thankful for our arrangement. A & C had a great time and always look forward to their Mamie day. I headed home and headed back out to get my hair cut. A & C were cute, noticing and playing with my hair upon my return as it was down for once and actually styled!

Wednesday we headed to our friend Megan and Calvin's for a play date and were also joined by baby Ashley and her mom, Steph. We had a great time and the boys loved checking out all of Calvin's toys. They always come home reviewing their day and said "Chow's house, fun. Baby Ashley. Chocolate dough dough's (donut holes) yummy." So… I think it was a hit! Drew came and spent time with Mike and the boys at night and I headed out to catch up with my friend Leeanne for a walk and some Dunkin Donut's. Exercise, hot chocolate and fun with a great friend J Yes, I am spoiled venturing out 3 nights in a row and I am happy to be home relaxing and attempting to catch up tonight.

We had a great day with baby Ashley today. She is such a charmer and lights up the room with her beaming smile and killer eyes. I think it's safe to say that we're pretty fond of her! A &C loved their visit with Ashley and were also thrilled to have Dziadzu and Uncle Dan visit today. Yes, UNCLE DAN! He arrived late last night from Florida and quickly made his way back onto A & C's favorite list. We are looking forward to spending the next couple of days with Uncle Dan so A & C can "get their fill" before he heads back to sunny, warm FL!

In the meantime, I am off to catch up on some chores and work on our "secret" project which is almost ready for its partial reveal!
