So... I have a special new picture to post but it must wait until tomorrow. You will understand why then....

It's been a great but quiet week. Aiden and Chris continue to be potty champs and even use the BIG potty at Mamie and Grandpa's house but have very little interest in wanting to try the big potty at home. I am a happy camper and am loving that we go through very little diapers (only at bedtime or long car rides) and have very few accidents! My big boys!

Talking, singing, dancing, rationalizing and trying to get their away is constant. They are both little men with strong wills and big personalities. Neither Mike nor I are the type to "give in" so its not uncommon to see time out's lasting upwards of 30 minutes. At least we know where they are and what they are up to during that time! They LOVE playing pretend and love to quiz each other. It's so fun to see them playing together as long as it doesn't involve tackling, stealing or rough housing which accounts for approximately 50% of their waking time. Boys will be boys I guess. They are super smart in that they pick up on everything and overhear every conversation. Their long term memory is incredible and amazes me everyday. Just Monday we were out for a walk and they were talking about last Christmas. Really, 10 month + vivid memory. I wish I could get a piece of that!

We have had a quiet week. Monday we went to the playground and played around our house. I am scared to play outside too long as the mosquito's are horrendous. Literally, 5 minutes spent picking our garden this afternoon (we finally got some tomatoes, cukes and scallions and even have a few cantaloupes that are getting bigger and bigger!) and we were all covered head to toe in bites. Mean, mean bugs!

Mamie came to spend the day with Aiden and Chris yesterday and as always, spoiled them rotten. I think they have found the way to her heart and wallet! We are excited to have Mamie over for dinner tonight as Grandpa is away for work this week. We LOVE our time spent with family and really wish we could convince them to move to Suffield.
Stay tuned for our picture tomorrow!
