I apologize…. I have no new pictures and nothing too exciting to share. This is the first time for as long as I can remember that I have “wished the weekend away!” We have been invaded by the stomach bug and it hasn’t been pretty. Can we please fast forward a few days? Be prepared to stay away while we prepare to keep our petri-dish to ourselves. We have cancelled all play dates since last Friday and I’m afraid it could be a long week ahead as we are going to keep our germs to ourselves and try to catch up for lost time working in the basement once we are all back up to speed. I hope this post finds everyone else healthy!
Of note, Saturday marked 6 years since Mike proposed to me. We had exciting plans to head out to dinner and take a breather from our work in the basement with Grammie and Dziadzu to hold down the fort but I’m afraid those plans have been postponed for everyone’s sake! Thank you for the offer Mom and Dad!
I also want to thank Mamie for coming to save the day on Friday morning as I was out of commission and really appreciated her help with Aiden and Chris. She is a lifesaver and the best mother-in-law imaginable. I only hope that she stays free of our germs too! Thank you Carol!
