Quiet.

Who would have guessed that I would be sitting at my computer alone and QUIETLY on a Saturday night?  In fact, it’s so quiet that ever little noise makes me turn and wonder {but if you know me, you know that’s nothing new!} The biggest three boys are off camping at Otis with Grandpa and Uncle Andrew and Jake and I are holding down the fort.  As my day and evening passed, I must admit that I missed the crazy.  Sure, I didn’t miss having to follow my tikes around the house, cleaning every 5 minutes but I love the excitement and busyness that accompanies my big and little men.  No wrestling, no time outs, no negotiations, no debates, no spills and no random funny moments.  Rumor has it the campers are doing just fine and Jake and I enjoyed a quiet evening.  We hit up the grocery store, did a few chores, some sorting, organizing and settled down to watch a chick flick together.  He’s a gentleman in the making!
