Priceless

They set the bar high.  I’ve been surrounded my amazing, gentle, caring, selfless men since the day I was born.  My Dad, my one and only.  The first man loved and longed to make proud.  The boy’s Dziadzu and an incredible man who would do anything for his family.   My father in law.  The man who raised Mike to be such a loving man and best friend to many.  The Grandpa to my little lads and the man who’s always welcomed me with love since we first met 10 years ago, warning me until the day I married that “it’s not too late…”.  And Mike.  The proud Daddy to three little boys who adore him and the handsome man who continues to keep the bar high, teaching our kids to love, respect and provide for themselves and those they love.  The one who woke up by my side every three hours throughout the night to feed our first born cubs.  The man who can turn anything into a joke and still managed to make me laugh at potty words at age 33.   Truly, what a wonderful bunch of incredible men who leave us all feeling so very blessed and so very loved.

This weekend we celebrated these stellar guys.  We spent the early afternoon yesterday at Springfield Country Club where Grandpa made us proud of the incredible golfer that he is.  We enjoyed some sunshine and pool time and wished him well as battled the best.  We pampered Mike with an early breakfast on the porch in his new chairs with his new outdoor ottoman.  We spoiled him with homemade goodies and lots of loved and enjoyed the day, celebrating him. And today, we headed to Belchertown to celebrate my Dad.  The big boys headed with Dziadzu and Uncle Eric to a minor league Red Sox game.  Jake, Auntie Laura, Grammie and myself shopped and caught up.  What a perfect day for all, topped off with a delicious dinner and enjoyable company.

And tomorrow summer begins.  A new routine {or lack there of} and so many hours to fill each day.  I may be asking you to wish me luck!
