A bit about them

One of my all time favorite traditions is birthday interviews.  An annual event and something we all look forward to, I love The Birthday Book by Amy K.  This is my go to gift for baby showers and one of my most cherished keepsakes. Each year participants are given a few tasks to complete (including an envelope to stuff with special tokens from that year) and a questionnaire for the birthday boy or girl.  While each year is a tad bit different, its so fun to track how the kids grow and how their minds mature.  In our family, we all love nothing more than looking back to previous records.

This year we did not only the Amy K. Birthday Book but also a free printable birthday interview.  Aiden and Chris loved it as did their birthday guests when I displayed them for their party.  This was the first year that were able to read and answer all of the questions independently.  It's entertaining to look back as Aiden and Chris both "borrow ideas" from one another resulting in near identical outcomes.  More than ever, Aiden and Chris are trying hard to differentiate themselves this year.  They will change their outfits if they catch themselves wearing the same color, they are participating in different spring sports and have different groups of classroom friends.  And for as hard as they try, they are still so darn alike.  Like it or not, these dubbies are twinsies for sure!

And just for fun, I'm sharing this years printable interviews that are now tucked safely inside the special pockets of their Birthday Books.
